Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and skilled Driver Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for educating future drivers and ensuring they develop the necessary skills to navigate the roads safely. This role requires effective communication and classroom management skills, as well as the ability to engage with students of varying ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Educate students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and defensive driving techniques. Conduct behind-the-wheel training sessions. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and ensure comprehensive understanding of driving concepts. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Ensuring a positive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with other instructors to improve teaching methods and curriculum.

Experience

Proven experience in adult education or teaching is highly desirable. Strong background in behind the wheel management techniques. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, fostering an atmosphere of learning. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels is a plus. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Previous experience in driving instruction or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Must be bilingual (spanish/english)
