Summary

We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team at our healthcare campus, Jordan River. In this vital role, you will oversee dietary operations, ensure nutritional standards are met, and contribute to creating a supportive environment for our residents' well-being.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the dietary department to ensure high-quality meal services. Develop and implement nutritious meal plans tailored to residents' needs. Conduct patient assessments related to dietary requirements and restrictions. Oversee tube feeding procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized care plans. Monitor food safety, hygiene standards, and budget adherence. Provide leadership and training to dietary staff. Stay updated with the latest nutrition and dietetics practices relevant to senior care.

Qualifications

Proven management experience within a dietary or healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, and physiology. Experience with assisted living environments and patient assessments. Excellent leadership and supervising skills. Ability to develop effective care plans and manage budgets. Familiarity with tube feeding procedures and safety protocols. Exceptional communication skills for team collaboration. Preferred experience in dietary department management in senior living facilities.
