ACTIVE WASHINGTON STATE CBT LICENSE or RBT CERTIFIED preferred
- For those not currently state certified, the requirements will include 40 hours of Applied Behavioral training online and direct training with a BCBA to complete a competency assessment required by the state certification and these need to be completed.
- Associated degree with 2 years of childcare or ABA experience, OR, BA/BS in psychology, special education, education, communication disorders, occupational therapy or related fields preferred.
- Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to kneel, crouch, and run with/after a child
-Abide by the ethical compliance code of the BACB
Start date - December 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children increase socially significant skills
- Provide medically necessary ABA services
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Collect and accurately record data using an online tracking system (Catalyst)
- Submit case notes (soap notes) of each session and hours worked every day (excel)
- Promote adaptive, behavioral, cognitive, language, motor and social skills in a fun and energetic way.
Typical Day
Full time availability 8:30AM- 6 PM Monday to Thursday and on Fridays 8:30 AM at 3:30PM
Part time availability 12- 6 PM Monday to Thursday and on Fridays 12:00 PM at 3:30PM
Work Remotely
No remote work- Clinic/school based availability
