Follicle Company LLC is looking to hire experienced Ceramic Tile Installers to help complete an active commercial tile project at Planet Fitness Depew. We are a growing commercial flooring and tile contractor serving Western New York, and we need reliable installers who can step in right away.

Position Overview

We are hiring 2 Ceramic Tile Installers to handle floor and wall tile installation, grouting, surface prep, and finish work. This is an immediate-start role on a fast-paced commercial project, with opportunities for long-term work on upcoming jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Install ceramic tile flooring and wall tile according to plans Perform layout, cutting, setting, and grouting Prep surfaces and ensure clean, professional finishes Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work with the project lead to meet required timelines
Requirements

2-5+ years of ceramic tile installation experience Ability to read drawings, layout tile, and perform precise cuts Knowledge of commercial tile installation standards Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to start immediately Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pay & Schedule

$25-$40/hr based on experience Full-time hours (8-10 hour shifts) Weekday and weekend availability Paid weekly (1099 subcontractor or W-2 depending on role)
