We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in all facets of day-to-day operations--both business and personal. This role is ideal for a resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and can seamlessly toggle between professional and personal priorities.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, tech-savvy, and excels at managing logistics, schedules, and communication on behalf of a busy executive.
Key Responsibilities:Executive Support:
Manage CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, reports, and agendas
Screen and manage communication (email, calls, texts) with discretion
Support business projects, team communications, and internal follow-ups
Handle filing, data entry, expense reporting, and vendor coordination
Personal Support:
Schedule and manage household vendors, appointments, and errands
Perform light household duties such as cleaning, organizing, or coordinating home-related services
Arrange transportation, reservations, and personal purchases
Act as liaison between personal service providers and the CEO
Be available for time-sensitive or urgent personal needs
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
3-5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or entrepreneur
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Tech proficiency: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, task/project management tools
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
Reliable transportation and the ability to run local errands
Preferred But Not Required:
Background in hospitality, customer service, or executive assistance
Experience working in fast-paced companies or supporting high-level leadership

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
