Responsibilities include:
Answering inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
Scheduling appointments across multiple office locations
Verifying insurance and updating patient demographics
Assisting with referrals, authorizations, and basic clinical questions
Accurately documenting all patient interactions
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Medical office or medical call center experience (required)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with EMR systems preferred
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
