About the Role

As the

Center Director

, you'll lead the clinical operations at our Salt Lake City ABA center. You'll oversee a team of professionals, ensure high-quality care, and drive continuous improvement in services and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

Set clinical vision and lead the implementation of high standards of care Stay current with ABA research and best practices

Team Management

Hire, train, and mentor clinical staff Provide supervision and conduct performance evaluations Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture

Program Oversight

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Ensure programs are evidence-based and outcome-driven Monitor clinical effectiveness and compliance with regulations

Quality Assurance

Analyze client outcomes and satisfaction data Lead quality improvement initiatives

Communication & Collaboration

Act as a liaison between families, staff, and stakeholders Work cross-functionally with admin, operations, and marketing teams ###

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

required

Active

Utah licensure

Minimum of 3+ years clinical experience in ABA or related field Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Strong communication, team-building, and organizational skills

Spanish-speaking candidates preferred
