Your Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the operations of our center, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality service and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. Supervise and cultivate a skilled team of technicians, creating a positive and efficient work atmosphere. Manage essential functions such as scheduling, inventory control, and routine equipment maintenance to guarantee seamless daily operations. Formulate and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales and improving the overall customer experience. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

What We're Seeking:

Demonstrated experience in a management position, ideally within the automotive window tint service-oriented sector. Robust leadership abilities, capable of motivating and inspiring a team to achieve their best. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding quality and safety standards. Familiarity with Window Tint, PPF and Ceramic Coating products and techniques!
