What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you'll work under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children with Autism build critical skills for communication, learning, independence, and social connection.
You will:Implement individualized ABA therapy programs Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills Support children through challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies Track and record behavioral data Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Maintain a clean, organized therapy environment Assist with toileting or diapering when needed Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical development

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children (childcare, early childhood, camps, classrooms, etc.) Capacity for full-time, Monday - Friday hours Ability to meet physical demands (sitting on the floor, lifting up to 50 lbs, engaging in active play) Annual flu vaccination Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills A desire to make a meaningful difference in children's lives
