Cemetery Document Control Specialist - - Part Time



General Purpose



To provide financial, clerical, and administrative support.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities



Contract entry

Service entry

Property file creation, lot cards

Interment right deeds

Paid in full letters

Accounts Receivable calls

Funeral home statements

Review computer files and scan documentation

Provide assistance and support to company personnel including receptionist coverage

Education and Experience



Knowledge of accounts receivable

Knowledge of office administration and procedures

Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures

Knowledge of general accounting principals

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
