Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cellphone device repair and troubleshooting, with the ability to work on various operating systems including Android cellphones and Apple cellphones . This role requires a hands-on approach to diagnosing and resolving issues with cellphone devices, ensuring high-quality service for our customers.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair cellphones devices, including smartphones and tablets, games, computers, ensuring functionality and performance. Perform software troubleshooting for both Android cellphone, Samsung, LG, Motorola etc. and Apple phones. Conduct replacement, front screen, back glass, front camera, back camera, home buttons, power buttons, battery replacement and more. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each device. Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proficiency in repairing cellphone devices with a strong understanding of both android and iPhones Experience in replacing screen, batteries, charging ports, front camera, back cameras. Familiarity with schematics to assist in equipment repair tasks.

Pay: $18.47 - $21.00 per hour
