Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Perform repairs on hardware components, such as screens, batteries, and internal circuitry. Provide technical support to customers regarding software issues and operating system functionalities. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes effectively. Assist customers in understanding device features and functionalities during retail sales interactions. Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used for inventory management. Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair techniques to enhance service quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the service area.

Requirements

Proficiency in mobile device repair, including experience with both hardware and software troubleshooting. Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, and mobile-specific platforms. Previous experience in field service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of schematics related to mobile devices and their components. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills to provide clear instructions and support to customers. A passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
