About the position::
Velosio is looking for a Consulting Manager to be an integral member of the Microsoft Dynamics CE Team.
As a Consulting Manager at Velosio, you will provide leadership to ensure delivery excellence and desired sales outcomes. This is a high-energy hands-on role with a focus on providing the ideal employee and customer experience. Who we are::

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of consultants
  • As needed provide quality control and/or lead delivery of larger projects
  • Build long term client relationships that result in expanding Velosio services and solutions
  • Provide sales support in leading client discussions and the creation of demos, estimates, proposals, and SOWs
  • Engage in networking events and activities promoting CRM, Velosio and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Be aligned to Velosio's core values, tools, and processes
  • Continuously educate yourself and team on the latest technologies and Microsoft releases
  • Ensure you and your team successfully achieve monthly services forecasts, complete key initiatives, and obtain required certifications
  • Foster a team environment
  • Lead activities like lunch-n-learns, social postings/videos, and talk tracks at conferences
  • Be an advocate for your team
What you'll bring::
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM subject matter expert, particularly in Field Service
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations is a plus
  • Experience implementing large and complex projects with the latest technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years consulting experience
  • Proficient in Project Management methodologies
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication
  • Experience communicating with C-level management and public groups
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
  • Possess business consulting, project definition, estimating, sales and strategic and tactical planning skills for engagements
  • Able to travel as needed, up to 35%
