Established in 1963, Gulf Stream Construction Company is a turnkey site contractor based in Charleston, SC operating on projects across South Carolina and coastal Georgia. We build high-quality projects alongside the very best subcontractors while maintaining a cost-efficient, timely approach to our work.

We have an exciting new opportunity and are looking for a safe and responsible CDL Driver to join Gulf Stream Environmental! If you have experience with vacuum trucks, a desire to make a difference, and want to join a growing, family-owned construction company, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Complete all required paperwork associate with the daily work performed
• Save, share, and distribute video files as needed
• Pre-inspect trucks; facilitate routine service to include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air; report maintenance malfunctions to supervisor; wash and clean interior and exterior
• Maintain a detailed log of working hours to include job, phase code, and time used
• Communicate and coordinate with superintendents, formen, and project managers
• Conduct work assignments in a professional and safe manner
• Adhere to Federal, State and Company regulations
• Clean work area and equipment after work is complete
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management or as required for successful project completion.

Requirements

• Valid CDL B License; or greater required for JetVac operator
• Clean driving record
• High School Education or equivalent, preferred
• Previous experience working with JetVac or CCTV equipment
• Ability to lift 50lbs
