Republic Services, an industry leader in U.S. recycling and non-hazardous solid waste,is now hiring a full-time CDL A or CDL B Local Drivers to join the team at theirRedmond, Oregon locations. Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wages starting at $25.00+/hr (based on experience) with 50 average hours per week
• Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
• Employee Referral Bonus: $1,500

Home Time, Routes, & Schedule:

• Home every night
• Schedule:

• Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• Saturday work, sometimes required when holidays fall within a week or as business levels require.
• Shift: Commercial Drivers start at 4am & Residential Drivers start at 6am
• Route: Your route will be centralized around Redmond, OR
• Level of touch: Varies based on the truck you are operating: Commercial & Residental - Front Load, Side, Load, Roll Off you are driving

• Loading and unloading waste.

Equipment:

• Waste/dump trucks
• Automatic transmission

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have CDL A or B License with air brakes endorsement / no airbrake restriction.
• Will hire recent grads with CDL A or B, no previous driving experience required though preferred
• All accidents and moving violations will be reviewed.
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, MVR and national background screen.
• Must be able to manually pick up refuse bins weighing up to sixty (60) pounds.
• Must be able to operate automatic controls in accordance with Company safety policies and procedures to lift and load refuse, operate compactor and dispose of collected material at the designated facility.
• Driver should live within 50 miles of Redmond, OR
