Smart-Trucking's Best Company to Work For is looking for experienced CDL-A company regional drivers to run our regional area. As the 3rd highest paying carrier in the US, solo company drivers can expect to earn between $73,000-$85,000/year.

Each company driver has a performance review every 6 months with potential raises every 6 months.

Compensation of the CDL-A Midwest Regional Driver

W2 Base rate - cpm based on length of haul ($73,000-$85,000/year). Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on time delivery bonus, etc.) adds 5-7 CPM more Home every weekend ALL miles are paid, address-to-address FUEL Incentive - Extra 1 CPM Annual Increase of 1 CPM based on tenure 6-month 1 CPM raises for qualifying drivers are available based on driver performance, safety, and good fuel utilization. Company Drivers earn up to an extra $7400/year via the Elite Driver Program

Requirements of the CDL-A Regional Driver

MUST have a valid Class A License. 6 months of recent commercial driving experience REQUIRED
