Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CCM Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The CCM Consultant will lead and support enterprise-level projects involving document composition platforms with a strong focus on Precisely Doc1. This role requires expertise in migrating from legacy composition tools to modern platforms ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Salary and Other Compensation:


The annual salary for this position is between $98,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Core Expertise


8+ years in CCM domain with hands-on experience in Precisely Doc1.


Strong knowledge of other CCM tools e.g. Quadient Inspire OpenText Exstream is a plus.


Proven track record in migration projects between CCM platforms.


Technical Skills


Proficiency in document composition template design and post-composition workflows.


Familiarity with scripting languages e.g. Python PowerShell for automation.


Understanding of print streams AFP PDF and e-delivery formats.


Consulting Skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills.


Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.


Education


Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.


Consulting and Strategy


Assess current CCM environments and identify modernization opportunities.


Develop migration strategies for transitioning from legacy tools to Precisely Doc1 or other CCM platforms.


Provide advisory services on tool selection architecture and integration.


Technical Implementation


Configure and customize Precisely Doc1 for batch and interactive document generation.


Design and implement templates workflows and post-composition processes.


Ensure compliance with print and e-delivery standards.


Migration Projects


Lead end-to-end migration efforts including data mapping template conversion and testing.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize business disruption during migration.


Validate migrated outputs for accuracy and quality.


Stakeholder Engagement


Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and align solutions with objectives.


Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams on new CCM tools.


Governance & Documentation


Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes configurations and best practices.


Ensure adherence to security compliance and performance standards.

Qualifications

Experience in insurance healthcare or financial services domains.


Knowledge of cloud-based CCM solutions and containerized deployments.


Familiarity with compliance frameworks HIPAA SOC2 for document handling.
