Position Purpose:

The CCEIS Principal Mentor will serve as a leadership coach and systems support specialist to principals and school leadership teams in schools identified with the highest rates of discipline referrals, suspensions, and disproportionality. This position is funded through the Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) initiative and is designed to build principal capacity to lead equitable, inclusive, and proactive schoolwide systems that improve behavioral outcomes for all students.
