Catering Team Member What makes a successful Catering Team Member at Chick-fil-A Murfreesboro? You will be playing an important role by enriching community relationships through our catering services! You are the face of our company outside of our restaurants! Whether it is an In Store pickup or a Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests never have to worry about serving craveable and fresh food at their events and gatherings. You will offer second mile service by carrying items out to their vehicles when they are picking up from us, or perhaps surprising a guest with colorful balloons with your delivery to brighten up their gathering. You will have the opportunity to work both independently and on a team in both restaurants. No experience necessary!
Your Role on Our Team:

• Using CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
• Executing the catering order process from receiving orders, preparing food orders, assembling orders and delivering orders.
• Prepare drinks and desserts
• Quickly bagging and delivering food with order accuracy
• Executing and/or overseeing the loading, unloading, set up and tear down of catering events
• Delivering catering orders using Chick-fil-A catering vehicle while ensuring the order is delivered on time
• Create a place of restoration for guests and team members
• Work in a fast-paced, high energy environment by receiving guests, order taking and meal assembly
• Following procedures to ensure Operation Excellence

Success Profile:

• 
  Must be 18+ years old with a Valid Drivers License
• Personalities and attributes that are oriented towards maintaining our culture of being team players, competitive, serving others, owners of our areas and actions, enthusiastic, and optimistic!
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to potentially lift heavy objects when necessary
• Prior experience catering is not required but preferred.
• Reliable transportation, with the ability to work at either the Memorial or Old Fort Location as needed

Pay Rate Part time- $13.50 Full time- $15.50 Business Hours Monday - Saturday 06:00AM - 10:00PM Sunday - Closed Opening hours (4am-6am) and closing hours (10pm - 11:30pm) are also available to Team Members.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we\'ve served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that\xe2\x80\x99s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade\xc2\xae. It may not be the easy way, but it\'s the only way we know.
