Catering Supervisor - Flexible, Part-time Evening Schedule

You will lead the efforts of a high-performing team of Banquet Servers for holiday parties, FUNdraising events, birthdays, reunions, and parties of all kinds. We make memories!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Shadow an experienced Event Supervisor and develop your ability in the following areas:

o Direct and assist with the set-up of an event venue.

o Complete the Banquet Server Checklist prior to an event.

o Organize event equipment and load supplies for off-site events.

o Act as customer point-of-contact at assigned events.

o Supervise Servers and work in synch with Kitchen and Catering Support staff throughout the event.

o Complete post-event inventory and timesheet reports.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

:

Two or more years of food preparation and serving experience.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

:

Availability for your choice of Friday and Saturday evening shifts.

Ability to carry and / or lift 50 pounds occasionally.

UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS

:

Ceruti's uniform attire - will be provided. Black pants or shorts based on type of event and workday. Black non-slip shoes.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

:

Pay begins at $18 per hour, with the potential for $1 per hour increase at 60 days.

Pay advancement is based on merit.
