Whether it's a corporate lunch, wedding brunch, or holiday party, you'll be the go-to person ensuring every catering order is perfect from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Be the Order Guru: Take and manage catering orders with precision--menu selections, quantities, timing, and those little special touches that make all the difference. Client Whisperer: Guide clients through the menu and event planning process like a pro. Suggest the perfect spread, share pricing, and build lasting relationships. Menu Expert: Know every flaky croissant and seasonal salad like the back of your hand. Quality Champion: Oversee prep, packaging, and presentation to ensure it's all magnifique! Delivery Coordinator: Work behind the scenes with drivers to make sure every bite arrives fresh and on time. Sales Spark: Spread the word about La Madeleine's catering--connect with local businesses, build partnerships, and help grow our catering presence. Customer Service Hero: Solve problems quickly, keep clients happy, and turn first-time customers into repeat fans. Stock Star: Keep an eye on inventory and supplies so we're always ready for the next big event. Safety First: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

A love for people and great food Excellent communication + organization skills A cool head under pressure (bonus points if you thrive during event season!) Experience in sales or customer service is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices A valid driver's license and clean driving record (may vary by location)
This position operates in a restaurant environment. La Madeleine staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
