We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Event Producer, being a front-line representative of our brand, planning + executing our more than 2,000 events each year.

Duties to include:

Responding to customer inquiries as assigned. Partnering with a seasoned coordinator to develop + maintain relationships of new + existing clients. Ensuring successful events that meet both the client needs and company's profitability guidelines. Communicating all relevant information to appropriate departments in a detailed manner. Assisting assigned coordinator with event preparation from initial sale through successful execution. Handling own book of events independently, maintaining organized + thorough to ensure the success of all events.

Skills that will help in this position:

Relatable experience which may include catering sales and event planning experience. Additionally, food service/operational warriors are given strong consideration as well. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Technology expertise Experience with menu development, event coordination, BEO origination + food concepts. Work is performed in an office and venue environment that is very fast paced. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, personable and enthusiastic.
