What You'll Do

As our Category Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in how our products are represented and sold across retail locations throughout Utah. You'll combine analytical insights, creativity, and relationship-building to design shelf schematics, develop category strategies, and drive sales performance.

In this role, you will:

Design and implement planograms and shelf schematics that inspire shoppers and optimize sales Analyze market and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities Present data-driven insights and category recommendations to internal and external partners Collaborate with sales, supplier, and marketing teams to align on goals and execution Lead category initiatives that enhance visibility and "win at retail" Build strong, respectful relationships with retail partners and teammates

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) Background in category management, retail analytics, or sales support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform this role, you should be able to:

Sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and drive for most of the day Use hands to handle documents, equipment, and product samples Occasionally reach, bend, or lift up to 50 lbs Maintain strong visual focus for analysis and presentation work Manage occasional stressful situations professionally and calmly
