A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Category Manager - Procurement
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Remote
Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM PST
As a Category Manager - Procurement, you will:
Responsible for reviewing and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) under $100K, ensuring compliance with legal and sourcing policies. Acts as the main contact for stakeholders and suppliers, managing ~2,400 SOWs annually.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review and negotiate SOWs per legal guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align SOWs with project goals.
• Engage suppliers to resolve disputes and secure favorable terms.
• Maintain records, track KPIs, and streamline processes.

Skills:

• Expertise in procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, Icertis).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with legal and sourcing knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills for high-volume contract management.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract negotiation.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Pay Range: $50 - $53.98 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
