Position Information:
Work directly with our independent/chain retail customers and internal sales team/chain team by analyzing data and building shelf schematics in a way that best fits both internal and our suppliers' objectives. They are responsible for efficient and effective reset management of independent/chain accounts, including execution of the bi-annual and as needed reset process at the store level.
Primary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:
Grow sales, distribution and share within independent/chain off-premise customer base in order to delivery upon broader Company and supplier goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain working relationships between independent off-premise customers, ABLLC and relevant suppliers
Support our suppliers' shelf set development plans through every phase of the category review, construction of the shelf set, and execution of the set at the store level
Increase distribution and sales of Amoskeag products within independent/chain off-premise customer base in order to grow share
Work directly with sales representatives, team leaders and sales managers on executing distribution goals and monthly business objectives
Work cohesively and collaboratively across the Company to communicate need for support and share best practices
Communicate opportunities and recommend fact-based action plans to customers and internal teams
Maintain a high level of accuracy on all planograms within the shelf space management system, JDA
Maintain and coordinate reset schedule where assigned
Provide shelf set information for suppliers, customers, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, able to manage budgets and control costs
Meet specific retailer needs by determining appropriate movement/performance metrics
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
College degree preferred in a Business, Marketing or similar field
Relevant industry experience required, at least 3 years preferred
Strong work ethic with a high degree of credibility
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot between tasks seamlessly
Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills including the MS Office Suite with a strong understanding of Excel, JDA Space Planning experience preferred
Able to lift up to 30 lbs. consistently and walk, sit, stand, reach, kneel, bend, push, pull or climb frequently or for long periods of time
