The TikTok Shop US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Comprehensive understanding of Live-streaming content operation and product assortment strategy
- Work as a Campaign Executive with related stakeholders to ensure the campaign is running smoothly, including promotion setting, seller registration and communication with cross functional teams
- Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
- Support to help with any other general ad-hoc duties
2. Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze and visualize livestream performance data to support business monitoring and decision-making.
- Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and optimization.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently Pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related discipline.
- Data driven; an analytical thinker and experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Experience in program or project management, consultancy, change management, or operations strategy
- Proven ability in owning projects from inception to implementation
- Experience in process optimization and scaling of efficiency initiatives
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional teams
- Expert in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations is preferred
