Job Description

We are looking for experienced

Low-Voltage Field Technicians / Cable Installers

to join our growing nationwide network. If you have hands-on experience with

Cat5e, Cat6, structured cabling, network installation, or low-voltage systems

, this is a great opportunity to get consistent, high-paying work in your area.

This is a

1099 contractor role

--you choose your jobs, set your schedule, and get paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

Install, terminate, and test

Cat5e/Cat6/Cat6A network cabling

Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage wiring (voice, data, POS, security, AV) Read and follow

blueprints, wiring diagrams, and scope-of-work instructions

Mount, configure, and deploy devices (

network switches, access points, IP cameras, POS systems, AV equipment

) Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools Communicate with project managers and clients on-site Complete jobs on time with proper documentation and photo reports
Requirements:

1+ years of experience in

low-voltage, structured cabling, or network installation

Skilled in punchdowns, tone and probe, and cable testing Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites Own basic PPE and tool set (drill, snips, fish tape, etc.) Smartphone with data plan for job check-in and updates Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (not required):

BICSI Certification

OSHA 10/30 certification

Lift certification

Fiber optic cabling experience
