Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Table game Supervisor, is responsible for supporting and ensuring operations run smoothly through positive interactions with guests, resolution of disputes and management of floor operations on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all Casino personnel.

Responsible for building and maintaining a team atmosphere both within and across departments through effective communication, leadership, coaching and employee development

Duties

Comply with the responsibilities and obligations of your job, in accordance with Company rules, good faith and diligence.

Observe the safety and hygiene measures established by the company.

Refrain from engaging in improper, disorderly, criminal or immoral conduct that may reasonably affect the best interests of the company.

Comply with management's orders and instructions in the regular exercise of their management powers.

Do not compete with the company's activity.

Contribute to improve the productivity and competitiveness of the company.

All duties arising from the employment contract or the rules and rules established by the company that are not contrary to law, morality and public order.

Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

Must possess excellent communication skills

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English & Spanish

Ability to focus and clearly distinguish differences in money and cheques

Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the guests and other team members

Strong basic math skills

Must have a professional attitude and appearance

Superior guest service and interpersonal skills

Must pass audition demonstrating proficiency basics Casino Games blackjack, craps, roulette, and specialty games

Must have the ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations to guests and other employees

Must be able to handle conflict situations calmly with skill and professionalism

Must be able to work independently and as a team member

Must have knowledge of assigned games, ability to deal games, and perform basic math

Must be able to distinguish winning/losing combinations and settle wagers accordingly

Experience

- Prior experience in a casino environment is preferred

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision

- Proficiency in basic math for calculating payouts

- Leadership skills for supervising gaming tables

- Conflict management abilities to handle challenging situations

Education, Skills and experience:



High School Diploma

Casino Supervisor License

1-2 years supervisory experience

Gaming, Hospitality or Customer Service
