Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service using effective communication skills and phone etiquette. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision. Assist customers with product inquiries and how our pricing system works. Stock shelves efficiently. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

Previous cashiering experience in a retail setting is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base. Friendly and motivated, with attention to detail. Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures is highly desirable. Available to work both shifts weekly (8:45-5 and 12:00-8), as designated by Store Manager. Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, stocking, and customer service practices. Pay: From $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
