Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities. Supervise and train junior staff members to foster a collaborative team environment and enhance overall store performance. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, driving sales and customer interest. Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight promotions and seasonal items to attract customers. Stock shelves promptly to ensure product availability and maintain store cleanliness for an enjoyable shopping experience. Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls professionally, addressing concerns or inquiries with care. Employ retail math skills to assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

Basic qualifications

Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions accurately.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous for understanding product offerings.
