Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner Process sales transactions, payments, and activations accurately Recommend devices, plans, and accessories to meet customer needs Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and inventory organization Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals Provide support with billing inquiries and basic troubleshooting

Qualifications

Bilingual in

Spanish and English

preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Previous retail or cashier experience is a plus (but not required) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable learning new technology and point-of-sale systems Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
