Responsibilities

Provide excellent service to walk-in and call-in customers Process payments, activations, and returns Recommend phones, plans, and accessories Maintain displays and ensure store readiness Meet personal and store sales objectives Support billing and device assistance needs

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred Strong communication and service mindset Experience in retail or cashier work helpful Dependable and motivated Able to adapt to fast-paced environment Flexible schedule availability
