Position Summary

You'll be a key part of our customer experience and store operations. Daily responsibilities include:

Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity Upsell products and promote current promotions or product demos to increase sales Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer engagement Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising setup Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via other communication channels Completing the Ace Helpful Ready Badge and department badges over time via Ace Learning Place

Qualifications

Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Weekend availability on a rotation Strong work history and reliable attendance Reliable transportation Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Comfortable using Zebra scanners for inventory, counts, and stock accuracy Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening Ability to perform upselling techniques and product demonstrations effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies is beneficial Able to lift 30 lbs (equipment provided for heavier lifting) Able to stand for up to one hour at a time A genuine willingness to learn and grow

Job Details

Full-time: 32-40 hours/week with occasional overtime Non-exempt position Flexible scheduling options Store Hours: Mon-Sat: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sun: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Closed on New Year's Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Pay starts at $16.50/hour
