Provide friendly and informative customer service Process activations, payments, and upgrades accurately Recommend phones, plans, and accessories Maintain store organization and display standards Exceed individual and store performance goals Resolve basic billing or device issues

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Clear communication and customer engagement skills Retail or cashier background a plus Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn Comfortable with smartphones and POS systems Able to work flexible shifts
