Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashiers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and servers.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Duties

Cashiers will Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately (this will also apply to cashiers & bartenders when necessary). Cashiers will Assist in setting up tables for service, ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation. All Positions will Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order details and any special requests. Cashiers will assist FOH by clearing plates, Cleaning dining areas and responding to guest needs promptly. All positions will Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with inquiries. All positions will Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times. All positions will Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for large groups. Cashiers will be Taking food & beverage orders in-person and over the phone.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Experience in casual dining settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
