Tobacco Time in Sumner is hiring!

We rarely post hire because because we have a super team, but one of our team member is moving out from mainland so we are looking for new team members.

We're looking for a

reliable, hard-working, and friendly, who can start Part-Time Retail Associates to with extra opportunities, to join our tight-knit team.

Shift we are looking to fill :

We are looking for extra someone who is reliable (no call off) person who is available anydays of week.

What We're Looking For:

Reliable and responsible

-- shows up on time (or early), never no-calls/no-shows Friendly with a positive attitude! Long-term employment Has reliable transportation Comfortable with cash handling Enjoys organizing and keeping the store neat, clean, and stocked Can follow directions and learn quickly -- no industry experience required! Willing to help cover other shifts occasionally Physically and mentally healthy, with good moral character, clear mindset
Bonus Skills (Not Required):

Vape or smoke shop product knowledge Retail or customer service experience Previous experience handling cash or running a register pos
Important Notes:

Training: First day is unpaid (trial day). If continued, first day turns in to paid. Training typically lasts a few days to 1-2 weeks, depending on learning speed. Paid Training Rate: $16.75/hr Post-training Pay: Starts at least $17.75/hr + tips, with regular reviews and increases based on performance. Average rate for current employees makes at least 18.75 after few months to show us reliability, and hard working. Interview Process: Quick 5-minute in-person chat at the store if selected.
