What you'll do

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales. Assist with product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed. Handle cash transactions with precision, adhering to cash handling policies to maintain accuracy. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Utilize effective phone etiquette when answering calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.

Basic qualifications

Available on saturdays

Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.

Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.

Experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

Previous supervising experience is beneficial for team collaboration.
