Cashier/customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are looking for a Cashier/Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service and a positive "can-do" attitude. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct customers Provide accurate information Answer customers' questions about specific products/services Ensure racks are fully stocked Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Keep a clean and safe working environment Fill shifts The ability to work either shift Will be okay with having various hours each week, any where from 20 hours to a full 40 hours
Skills
Sales Associate or similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Basic math skills Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
