Key Responsibilities:

Greet every guest with a warm, energetic, and positive attitude Operate multiple POS systems accurately and efficiently Handle high-volume transactions, including cash, credit, and digital payments Ensure accurate cash handling, change distribution, and end-of-shift reconciliation Process guest orders quickly while maintaining excellent customer service Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization at the register and surrounding areas Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly Perform additional duties as needed by management

What We're Looking For:

Strong, bubbly, people-oriented personality Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Strong communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly when needed
