Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Multilingual skills are a plus for assisting diverse customers

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bilingual abilities for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, product demonstrations, or technical sales is advantageous
