Cashier / Customer Service Associates

What You'll Do:

Greet guests and take orders (dine-in, takeout, delivery) Handle payments (cash, card, gift cards, refunds) Provide product info and upsell menu items Ensure order accuracy and timely preparation Answer phones, assist with online orders and catering Maintain cleanliness at the register, dining area, and service stations Stock front supplies (cups, condiments, drinks, ice, etc.) Help coordinate and pack food orders as an expeditor Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, self-motivated, and organized Available to work weekday mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but not required
