THE JOB:

As a Cashier Supervisor at Aria, you'll play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. In this role, you will oversee a team of cashiers, ensure smooth and accurate transactions, and maintain an exceptional guest experience. You'll also assist with system updates in InfoGenesis, including adding and modifying menu items, while upholding company standards for efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.

THE STARTING RATE:

$29.82

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist the F&B Cashier Manager with daily operations, supervise Food & Beverage cashiers, support other Food and Beverage POS users across various outlets, and ensure accurate revenue reporting and daily operational efficiency Train cashiers on policies, procedures, and operation of the resort's InfoGenesis POS system Supervise F&B Cashiers including counseling and disciplinary action that may be necessary in accordance with company policy Document and address all incidents related to cash handling and POS activity, escalating issues to the F&B Cashier Manager as needed Monitor, investigate, and reconcile over/short variances, partnering with outlet leaders to obtain and document over/short variance explanations Review/audit cashier paperwork, notify management of anomalies and prevalent issues Write and communicate new rules and procedures to the F&B cashiers Ensure departments and outlets have required supplies and submit orders to replenish inventories Ensure all POS related equipment is in proper working order, troubleshoot Infogenesis problems and ensure terminals and workstations are kept clean at all times

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED 2+ Years of Prior relevant experience required
