Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies as needed. Upsell products by recommending relevant items and product demos to enhance the customer experience. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented. Provide friendly phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and participating in periodic stock counts. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address customer questions and resolve issues promptly. Engage in product knowledge sharing with customers to promote sales opportunities effectively. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery.

Skills

Proficiency with POS systems for quick and accurate checkout processing. Prior supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Ability to conduct product demos confidently to showcase features and benefits. Bilingual skills are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs.
