We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. Duties

Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments with precision and integrity Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure proper merchandising at registers Stock shelves and assist with inventory management as needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly Support stock replenishment and stocking tasks to keep the store well-organized

Experience

Previous cashier or retail sales experience is preferred, especially in grocery or retail environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills Basic math skills for retail math, making change, and handling transactions accurately Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer service best practice
