The cashier/greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership and the last point of contact as they complete their transactions. This role creates a warm and professional welcome, assists with general inquiries, processes payments for service and parts, and directs customers to the appropriate departments. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and customer-service oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
Direct visitors to the appropriate department or team member
Process service and parts payments via cash, check, or credit card
Balance the cash drawer and issue accurate receipts
Answer incoming calls and transfer them as needed
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
Support appointment check-ins and verify customer info
Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, etc.)
Provide updates to waiting customers when appropriate
Help with dealership events or customer appreciation efforts

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service or cashiering experience preferred
Comfortable with computers and POS systems
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Bilingual a plus
Valid driver's license may be required for occasional errands

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Front desk/showroom environment with frequent customer interaction
Standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 15 lbs)
Regular use of phones, computers, and office equipment
Must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and work in a fast-paced setting
