Duties:
Exchange Cash for Chips and Chips for Cash
Cash Checks and process credit card advances
Handle pit fills and credits
Enter card room employee's tips into the tip system
Ensure that your cart is counted in and out everyday
Additional Lead Duties:
Supervises cage cashiers, vault cashiers and drop team.
Resolves customer issues with check cashing, credit card advance and ATM processing.
High level of employee and guest contact.
Assures financial security of assets in cash services and the accuracy of records.
Job Requirements:
Previous cash handling experience.
Experience in supervising cashiers/bank tellers is a plus.
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act compliance requirements or ability to be taught this information.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work towards amicable conflict resolution.
Knowledge ATM and cash handling equipment use and problems or ability to be taught this information.
Previous Casino/Banking experience a plus.
