Job Description


BOS Staffing is currently seeking a CaseAware Document Coder for a reputable law firm located in Peachtree Corner, Georgia, specializing in providing comprehensive legal services to clients. As a document coder, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our case templates, ensuring accurate and efficient document management processes.

You will be:

  • Collaborate with department managers to code new templates: Work closely with various department managers within the firm to understand their specific template requirements.
  • Use your expertise to code new templates that align with their needs and adhere to legal standards.
  • Maintain current case templates: Regularly review and update existing case templates to ensure they remain up to date with current legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Make necessary modifications or improvements as required.
  • Monitor case templates: Keep a vigilant eye on the performance of the case templates in use. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Act as a help desk for ticket support related to templates: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal users seeking assistance or support with template-related issues.
  • Respond to tickets and provide timely resolutions or escalate matters to the appropriate department for further attention.
  • Write and update MYSQL queries and CaseAware values: Utilize your expertise in MYSQL database management to write and optimize queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from the CaseAware system.
  • Regularly update and maintain CaseAware values to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
If you have:
  • Previous experience in a law firm or mortgage services industries is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with legal processes, terminology, and document management practices will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience with a 360 case management software.
  • Proficiency in utilizing case management systems and software tools to organize, store, and retrieve legal documents.
  • Minimum three years of experience with OpenOffice and MySQL database.
  • In-depth knowledge of OpenOffice and proficiency in writing and optimizing MYSQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficient in Excel: Strong understanding and experience in utilizing Excel for data analysis, reporting, and document management tasks.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to templates and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations and find effective solutions.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all template-related tasks.
