Case Monitor - over night shift Hours: 11pm to 7am Shifts: Monday through Friday / Friday through Monday Position Purpose: To support and monitor tenants at the New Castle County Hope Center. Duties include but are not limited to-
  • Participant Entry, Verification & Admittance
  • Food delivery coordination, retrieval, sorting, storage, set-up and distribution
  • Donation retrieval, sorting, storage management and distribution
  • Administration/ support staff functions
  • Participate Intake & room move-in/ move-out inspections
  • Rent readiness program administration
The Case monitor will work on-site at the New Castle County Hope Center located at 365 Airport Road in New Castle, De. The Fulltime positions benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K , PTO, and some paid Holidays. Rate of Pay: ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience Qualifications: organizational skills, able to multi-task and likes working with others.
