Job Description

Provide case management and supervision to clients and maintain records by reviewing case notes, logging events and progress. Provide referral services to treatment programs by setting schedules and routines; coordinating services being provided; and arranging resources. Monitor cases by verifying clients' attendance; observing and evaluating treatments and responses; advocating for needed services; obtaining additional resources; and intervening in crises. Duties include, but are not limited to, conduct drug and alcohol testing, complete assessments and case plans, prepare reports, and correspondence. Create and distribute community service time sheets, client contracts, monthly reports, final reports and other documents as required. Appear in court when necessary to report client progress, prepare court pleadings, and testify when necessary. Perform any other job responsibilities deemed necessary.
Requirements:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field (ex. Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology).

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
