Eunice D. Freeman Case Management, LLC - Charleston, SC Case Manager needed to work with elderly, disabled, and people with HIV/AIDS in the Beaufort area.
Requirements:
Must have a valid South Carolina Driver License. Must be able to pass a SLED and DSS check.MUST HAVE at least a BSW or a bachelor degree in a Human Service field., plus two years' experience, The following licenses are acceptable: SW license, RN, or LPC.
